Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and group-based behavioral health services to male clients ages 5 and up, focusing on probation-involved individuals. Deliver skill-building, role-playing, and social communication interventions in real-life settings like schools, homes, and reentry programs. Collaborate with external stakeholders including school deans, case managers, and probation officers while participating in treatment team meetings. Maintain a maximum caseload of 25 clients and submit timely progress notes and discharge summaries. Attend supervision, team meetings, and monthly professional development training. Complete monthly professional and personal development training assigned by the GRO training department.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance
