Job Summary
QMHA position to support behavioral health services in Skilled Nursing Facility settings; responsibilities include conducting patient observations, facilitating group therapy and therapeutic activities, crisis intervention, documenting progress, assisting in care plans, medication administration under supervision, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requires certification as a QMHA with MHACBO, CPR/First Aid, potential CPI certification, TB/COVID requirements, and ability to work onsite at facilities in the Portland metro area and Hood River, OR. Required Qualifications
- Full Certification as a QMHA with the Mental Health Accreditation and Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
- CPR and First Aide Certification.
- Non-Violent Crisis Prevention (CPI) Certification preferred.
