Job Summary
Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) will administer medications under supervision of a licensed nurse, including oral, PRN with nurse authorization, inhalers, nebulizer treatments with assessment, topical/rectal/eye/nasal medications, and non-invasive treatments. Responsibilities include observing for drug reactions, monitoring vital signs, calculating dosages, documenting medications on MAR, reporting to the nurse, auditing documentation for accuracy, and adhering to resident rights and company policies. Requires ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays; high school diploma or equivalent and current QMA license.
Required Qualifications

- Must have current QMA, unencumbered state license and must be able to provide all necessary documentation.
