Job Summary
Provide individualized resident care per each resident’s care plan; report changes in health status to the clinical team; connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner; participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings; maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
