Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, individualized care aligned with each resident's care plan and report health status changes to the clinical team. Connect with residents and family members compassionately while engaging in continuous learning through educational seminars and staff meetings. Comply with all confidentiality and privacy regulations regarding resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
