Job Summary
Deliver individualized care to residents per each care plan; report changes in health status to the clinical team; engage with residents and families in a compassionate, positive manner; participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings; protect resident confidentiality and privacy; perform other duties as assigned; requires a high school diploma or GED, and Indiana QMA certification, with strong communication, interpersonal, and compassionate care skills to serve residents with dignity in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
