Job Summary

Conduct daily medication administration while learning residents' life stories to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and foster teamwork with nursing staff to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in all interactions with residents, families, and staff. Maintain an Indiana QMA license and complete state-approved training. Work full-time or part-time with access to competitive compensation, 401(k), and mentorship programs within a legacy organization serving seniors across Indiana.

Required Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration
  • Indiana QMA license
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
