Job Summary
Conduct daily medication administration while developing meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories. Promote physical and psychosocial well-being through a supportive presence that creates a comforting atmosphere for seniors. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, fostering teamwork toward excellent resident outcomes. Maintain an environment of respect and positivity while demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Requires Indiana QMA license and state-approved training; offers competitive pay, 401(k), and mentorship pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration
- Indiana QMA license
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
