Job Summary
Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by developing meaningful relationships through their life stories and staff. Create a comforting atmosphere, lead the care team to exceed resident needs, and collaborate with nursing and facility partners for coordinated care. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence while supporting a respectful work environment. Requires an Indiana QMA license, state-approved medication training, and a passion for geriatric nursing. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration
- Indiana QMA license
