Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, individualized care per each resident's care plan and report changes in health status to the clinical team. Connect with residents and family members compassionately while engaging in continuous learning through educational seminars and staff meetings. Comply with all confidentiality and privacy regulations regarding resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. This role supports a team focused on providing love, compassion, and dignity to residents, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
