Job Summary
Deliver individualized care to residents per each resident’s care plan; report changes in resident health status to the clinical team; connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner; engage in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings; comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
