Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) on the 2nd shift in New Whiteland, IN. Deliver individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan, report changes in resident health status to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families compassionately to create a positive experience. Participate in ongoing learning through educational seminars and staff meetings, maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Required Qualifications
