Qualified Medication Aide

Administer and document oral, topical, and suppository medications as ordered by the physician, including eye medications and ear drops. Perform treatments for minor skin conditions and provide frequent catheter care while maintaining the locked medication cart and keys per facility policy. Document all treatments in medication records and nurse notes, ensuring resident confidentiality and safety. Maintain daily care and health needs for residents in our new Memory Care Unit.
