Job Summary
As a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) at Burton Center, you will create person-centered support plans for individuals with disabilities, train Direct Support Professional staff, and manage operations of Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) in Greenwood, SC. This role emphasizes developing and supervising Active Treatment Plans (ATP), ensuring safety protocols, completing budget reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, one year of relevant experience, certification as a QIDP, and a valid SC Driver's License.
