Job Summary
Qualified Early Years Practitioner responsible for delivering high-quality childcare and education within a play-based, EYFS-aligned framework. Collaborate with a team to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that support each child’s development and well-being. Maintain a safe, stimulating environment, uphold DBS compliance, communicate effectively with colleagues and families, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. On-site role with options for 30 or 40 hours per week plus paid overtime; benefits include first aid training, pension plans, and well-being support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Current enhanced DBS check compliant with childcare sector requirements
- Enrol on Update Service
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Passion for delivering high-quality early years education
