Job Summary
Flexible Bright Flex / Bank role supporting delivery of the EYFS in a Crawley day nursery and preschool; contribute to engaging activities, support colleagues with day-to-day tasks, and assist with room preparation and tidying while meeting safeguarding requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS check (pre-employment checks)
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working days and shifts
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children
