Job Summary
Perform functional behavior assessments and document in the Flatrock Information Network (FIN); submit documentation for review by supervising BCBA; obtain consents and documents in FIN; design and write: BTPs, quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments; implement in-service behavior treatment plans; provide continual assessments per policy for new residents; train staff in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills and redirection; consult with the treatment team to problem solve and implement programmatic changes; attend meetings; coordinate with provider and treatment team on policies, procedures in clinical care and medication coordination; model and monitor program implementation; provide quarterly progress reviews; utilize FIN and other communication tools; maintain positive relationships with management and staff; advocate for residents’ rights; complete tasks assigned by Clinical Director.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required
- Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst or meet BACB guidelines for QBHP
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services required
