Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)

Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements while conducting ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification. Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations, and maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements. Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success. This center-based role serves children ages 2–6 in an independently owned organization offering dedicated operations, scheduling, and administrative support. Full-time, in-person position with flex days built into the scheduling structure.
