Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for PSC clients and referrals, building trusted relationships and addressing their financial needs. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with UK regulations such as IR35 and HMRC requirements. Offer tailored financial advice to optimise tax and financial strategies, and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reports highlighting key metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated client services including payroll and onboarding new PSCs during setup. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACCA/CIMA standards and UK laws to ensure all accounts meet legal frameworks. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional financial solutions to small businesses across the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Recently qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant
- 1-2 years in a client-facing finance role
- Exposure to PSCs or small businesses
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative approach
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of UK financial regulations, including IR35 and HMRC requirements for PSCs
