Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst to manage CRM governance (HubSpot), ensure data accuracy in the sales pipeline, support forecasting, develop dashboards and reports, and enable the commercial organization. The role coordinates pipeline cadences, tracks KPIs, and acts as a liaison between Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other functions. On-site in Canonsburg, PA, with responsibilities spanning data management, pipeline analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and enablement of sales teams and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to work with diverse, international teams
