QUA- Product Manager of Ultrafiltration & Membrane Bioreactor

Job Summary
Lead global strategy, roadmap, and performance of UF and MBR membranes portfolio; build 3-5 year product strategy; drive product innovation, revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across municipal and industrial water & wastewater markets. Serve as the central link between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure UF/MBR platforms remain differentiated, competitive, and scalable globally. duties include building value propositions across key segments, leading go-to-market strategy and portfolio rationalization, supporting regional pricing and technical differentiation, leading strategic bids and major customer engagements, identifying growth opportunities and recurring revenue programs, benchmarking technologies, developing business cases for investments, partnering with Marketing on collateral and training, leading new product introductions from concept to commercialization, and providing technical commercial insights for major bids. Requires a degree in Chemical or Environmental engineering and 5+ years in membrane technologies, with strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and ability to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or related engineering field
- 5+ years in membrane technologies, water or wastewater treatment
- Hands on exposure to UF and/or MBR systems strongly preferred
- Experience with EPCs, municipalities, industrial clients, and OEMs
- Product management experience with global responsibility preferred
- Strong understanding of UF/MBR applications, membrane fouling, filtration principles, and biological treatment
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
