Job Summary
Product Manager for Ultrafiltration (UF) & Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technologies leads global strategy, roadmap, and performance of UF/MBR portfolios. Drives product innovation, revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across municipal and industrial water & wastewater markets. Serves as the central link between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure differentiated, scalable platforms globally. Responsibilities include building 3–5 year product strategy, value propositions across key segments, go-to-market strategy, portfolio rationalization, pricing and positioning support, strategic bid support, upsell/recurring revenue programs, competitive benchmarking, and leading new product introductions from concept to commercialization. Requires strong strategic, financial, and cross-functional leadership; excellent communication across cultures; ability to travel internationally up to 25%; degree in Chemical/Environmental engineering; hands-on experience with UF/MBR systems preferred; 5+ years in membrane technologies or related fields. Remote work from Europe with standard business hours.
