Job Summary
Oversee QTRC operations by coordinating at least three events per semester, hiring and onboarding staff, and managing intern and volunteer hours and reflections. Maintain social media outlets, the referral database, and the library inventory while addressing individual inquiries via phone and in person. Support marketing design requests and submit monthly and annual reports to the Supervisor. This role supports the center's mission to celebrate student identities and build alliances across ethnic, political, and arts communities at San Francisco State University.
Required Qualifications
- Current SFSU student enrolled in at least 6 units for undergraduates or 4 units for graduates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge and understanding of LGBTQQIA culture.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in planning and coordinating events.
- Preferred queer and/or trans* emphasis in studies.
