Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for inventory control and shipping operations, including classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on sessions. Create and maintain operational and safety procedures for equipment, design multimedia training materials and course outlines, schedule sessions with internal teams and vendors, monitor trainee performance, and provide coaching to ensure competency and safety compliance. Maintain training records, assist in evaluating job performance, and support continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and training materials. Collaborates with SAP/production teams to ensure real-time data integrity and alignment between transactional activity and operational processes; strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in inventory control, shipping operations, or a related field
- Experience in training delivery, process standardization, or operational compliance preferred
- Must hold or obtain forklift operator licenses (sit-down, stand-up, turret, reach) and be open to instructor certifications
