QSSU- PLS-PM-Project Manager

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and building relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare contingency plans for unforeseen challenges. Oversee testing processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed project reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and present outcomes to leadership. Manage project budgets, forecast expenses, and allocate resources effectively to balance workloads. Requires 5+ years of experience in project management, proficiency with tools like Jira or Microsoft Project, and a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
