Job Summary
Lead and manage the F&B team across restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing levels, and resource allocation to drive revenue and profitability. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement corrective actions based on financial reports. Coordinate with kitchen and sales teams to execute conferences, banquets, and special events while maintaining 5-star guest service standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and develop training programs to enhance team skills. Manage inventory, procurement, and staff scheduling to optimize coverage and minimize waste. Report on departmental performance and support senior management with strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and functions simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
