Job Summary
Produce offset inks and chemicals in line with production requirements, ensuring orders are completed accurately within set timelines. Operate and maintain production machines, report technical faults promptly, and assist in maintaining the effluent treatment area. Conduct colour matching to ensure products meet quality standards while monitoring materials, updating bin cards, and managing correct weighing, labelling, and storage. Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the production environment. Handle urgent production orders to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Printing Technology
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in ink and chemical production
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
