Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including people, operations, and financial metrics. Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest service, recruiting and onboarding staff, coaching and discipline, maintaining cleanliness and safety, implementing brand campaigns and training, ensuring food quality and compliance with health regulations, managing cash, sales, and inventory records, and maintaining operational standards to achieve profitability. Requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid state Driver’s License required
- Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
