Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service across QSR counters by serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis, and other Italian treats. Complete food preparation assignments accurately, set up stations, and replenish displays while adhering to allergen separation and FIFO standards. Weigh, label, package, and serve products while operating a cash register to ensure transaction accuracy. Comply with all department policies regarding quality, health, safety, and sanitation. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base rate of $17 per hour and daily free family meals.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
- Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, drink blender, juicer and cash register
Desired Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills
- Experience operating a cash register preferred
- Prior food service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
