QSR Country Manager - Rwanda

Country Manager to lead Hungry Lion in Rwanda, driving operational excellence, brand standards, and sustainable profitability by providing effective leadership, financial strategies, and market expansion efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for efficiency and quality, ensuring food safety and hygiene, maintaining brand consistency across customer touchpoints, managing stakeholder relations with licensing/regulatory bodies, identifying high-potential sites for new outlets and navigating regulatory environments, collaborating with Head Office on campaigns and local adaptations, managing projects including new store development, monitoring risk and compliance across health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and owning P&L performance. Leadership responsibilities cover development, training, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies. Strong focus on supply chain, procurement, cost controls, repairs/maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
