Job Summary
Field-based capability development for Hungry Lion stores in Luanda, Angola. Responsible for conducting monthly store certification audits and gap assessments, delivering Manager Train-the-Trainer and New Country training sessions via virtual or in-person formats, executing mandatory 30-day follow-ups to ensure 100% behavior change and SOP adherence, and handling training requests from Regional Operations Managers within SLAs. Manages a portfolio of 8–12 stores, performs 1–3 on-site visits per day, and maintains weekly activity logs tracking audit scores, pass/fail results, and action plans. Focus areas include maintaining brand standards, food safety compliance, and strong reporting to support gap analysis and intervention recommendations. Requires field-based operations and regular reporting to drive operational excellence.
