Job Summary
Directs aspects of restaurant operations as a QSR Assistant Manager with responsibilities including food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and maintenance of safety and security standards. May assist with recruiting and training, oversee inventory and money control on shift, and support local marketing initiatives. Requires strong customer service and the ability to communicate changes in food preparation formulas, ensure health and safety code compliance, operate a POS system, and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds). Full-time/Part-time/Day Shift/Weekend Shift positions vary by location.
