Job Summary
Design and manage stormwater projects throughout Northern California, including SWPPP development, BMP design, and site inspections per the California Construction General Permit. Monitor project progress, lead and mentor project teams, and ensure deliverables meet time and budget constraints. Perform field assessments and communicate effectively with clients, construction crews, and internal stakeholders. Maintain compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations while staying informed on industry developments. This remote full-time role requires a QSD licensure and 3+ years of experience, with a salary range of $85,000–$105,000.
Required Qualifications
- Professional stormwater licensure (e.g., QSD/CPESC)
- Experience with developing and implementing SWPPPs under the California Construction and/or Municipal stormwater permits
- Capable of performing field work (site assessments)
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, construction crews and project team members
- Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- A clean driving record
- Ability to travel within Northern California
