QS Manager, Hybrid

Lead cost management strategy and practice development across Deloitte Real Estate Advisory projects, establishing standards and templates to drive consistency and continuous improvement. Prepare, monitor, and control budgets and forecasts from feasibility through final account, develop scalable cost-management systems, and champion digital tools to improve data accuracy and reporting. Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, serve as primary cost-contact, mentor and develop the QS team, and advise on cost risks, value engineering opportunities, procurement strategies, and dispute resolution for large-scale capital and data-centre projects. Strong emphasis on earned value management techniques and experience with Primavera, Project Cost X, or equivalent; professional accreditation such as MRICS or MSCSI. Based in Dublin with a flexible hybrid working model across Deloitte’s network.
