QS-Fachkraft (m/w/d) Gießerei

Conduct independent evaluation of color penetration (PT) and PMI material tests on components according to specifications and standards. Coordinate and assess X-ray inspection orders with external providers to ensure specification criteria for castings and welds. Plan, coordinate, and execute test orders, including tensile tests, hardness checks, and metallography. Document, release, and quarantine test results while maintaining traceability. Support failure analysis, scrap assessments, and audit preparations. Monitor readiness of test equipment and laboratory workstations in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
