Job Summary
Supervise Dispatch operations to maximize resource utilization and efficiency, plan strategies to meet schedules and customer satisfaction, conduct staff performance reviews, manage staffing schedules, monitor workflow and quality, lead regular team meetings, implement contingency plans during outages or disruptions, identify training needs and track improvements, and foster a cooperative, high-morale work environment while ensuring HR paperwork and organizational processes are followed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Call Center leadership experience
- Knowledge of call center systems (Telephony, Call Routing, Ticket/Case Management, Workforce Management)
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Mastery of basic computer navigation
