Job Summary
Implement and maintain the site's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and regulatory standards. Oversee the preparation, review, and control of Standard Operating Procedures and quality documents while managing training programs and risk management activities. Coordinate continuous quality improvement projects and lead the QMS team through coaching and performance management. Maintain quality system documents including the Site Master File and support departments in documentation and compliance. Requires a Science Graduate or Master's degree with 6-8 years in Quality Assurance, GMP knowledge, and strong leadership skills. Located at Abbott's Karachi Landhi Plant with a standard work shift.
Required Qualifications
- Science Graduate/Master
- Chemist/Pharm D
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Knowledge of GMP
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of quality management principles
- Strong Leadership and team management Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training and coaching capability
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in quality management documentation systems
