Job Summary
QMS & HSD Lead role in DePuy Synthes India (Mumbai) overseeing quality management systems and health, safety & environment programs. Leads audits/inspections, drives CAPA and continuous improvement, ensures document control and training, aligns India practices with global Quality & Compliance standards, partners with regional/global QARA teams, and supports regulatory interactions and risk assessments. Requires 8–10 years in Quality Management Systems and/or HSE within regulated industries; ISO 13485/14001/45001 familiarity; strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent English and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related discipline
