Job Summary

Provide strategic oversight for shop-floor production quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring total regulatory alignment across the manufacturing facility. Manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by developing policies, leading internal and external audits, and overseeing corrective and preventive actions. Implement ITAR and CMMC compliance controls while maintaining document control systems and engineering records. Monitor key quality metrics, lead management reviews, and train employees on quality standards and manufacturing best practices. Maintain an active presence on the production floor to ensure standards are met by production teams. This role requires US citizenship due to NOFORN/CUI access requirements and involves full-time on-site work in Mansfield, Ohio, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Required Qualifications

US citizenship
5 years of work experience in a Quality leadership or Quality management role
Prior experience working within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
Deep operational experience with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Ability to fluently read blueprints, engineering drawings, and other technical data
US-issued driver's license
Valid passport
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Proven knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and procedures (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
Must be able to travel throughout the United States and abroad
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and US-issued driver's license
Must have the ability obtain and maintain a valid passport and US-issued driver's license
Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and occasional weekends, holidays, and nights
