Job Summary
Conduct QMS, HSE, Ethics & Compliance audits based on ISO9000, AS9100, or AS9003 standards, observing evidence of continuous improvement. Identify major and minor findings, observations, and report information directly to the customer via web application. Initiate, review, and approve corrective action responses while evaluating the effectiveness of implemented actions. Requires at least five external audits in the past year, recognized lead auditor certification, and proficiency with root cause analysis tools like 8D and DMAIC. One-day, one-shot engagement in Chengdu, China.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of at least five external audits in the past year to the ISO9001 or AS9100 standard
- Completion of QMS auditor training course with a recognized lead auditor Certification (RAB or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor)
- Must have special processes experiences (e.g Fabrication, machining, foundry, etc)
- Knowledge and experience using structured Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques like 8D, five whys and DMAIC
- Good writing and communication skills
- Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
