Job Summary
Conduct an on-site QMS audit at a supplier in Domérat, France, collaborating with the customer to walk processes and gather evidence for AS9100 adherence. Identify and substantiate observations or non-conformances, sharing findings for customer concurrence before compiling a report using specified documentation. Schedule an initial visit in mid-August 2026 with a repeat visit to close findings. Requires minimum five years in quality-critical manufacturing and three years of recent auditing experience, including formal certification in AS9100.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a quality critical manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in auditing
- Excellent knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- formal auditor training / certification (e.g. RAB, ASQ, IRCA etc.)
- A background in product and process auditing
- hands-on walk-the-process methodology
- Detail orientated
- strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Must be available for an initial on-site visit around mid-August 2026
- Must be available for a repeat visit to close any findings
- Must be able to work in collaboration with the customer to undertake an on-site supplier audit
- Must be able to walk the process with the supplier, gathering substantive evidence to support the adherence to customer requirements the AS9100 standard, as well as the suppliers own Quality Management Systems
- Must be able to identify and substantiate any potential observations (positive or negative) or non-conformances, sharing with the customer for concurrence
- Must be able to compile a report using customer-specified documentation
