[QMM] QMM Admin Intern

Job Summary
QA-focused admin intern role supporting the QMM team. Responsibilities include coordinating quality activities across departments, maintaining QMM databases and repositories, supporting release of QMM reports and QMS processes, preparing data for analysis at organizational levels, coordinating external audits and internal trainings, assisting with project-management tool configurations, processing department purchases, updating employee lists and organizational charts, coordinating department events, managing courier and guest onboarding, preparing onboarding for new joiners, asset and facilities tracking, and general admin support. Required skills include MS Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI with DAX, data collection and analysis, customer service orientation, strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Internship model requires full-time or at least 4 days/week attendance; locations are in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam.
Required Qualifications
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
- Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Office experience and Reporting skill: MS Excel, Word, PPT
- Power BI desktop (reporting and DAX - Data Analysis Expressions)
- Data collection and analysis
- Customer service orientation
- Good Communication skills in English Language
