Job Summary
Deliver in-home, in-school, in-community, and virtual behavioral mental health services, providing therapeutic interventions to enhance client functioning and social skills. Assist clients in restoring daily living abilities, managing psychiatric symptoms, and identifying triggers that lead to functional impairments. Complete CANS/ANSA assessments, update treatment plans, and maintain well-organized caseloads while communicating client status regarding mood, medical issues, and safety concerns. Provide crisis intervention services as needed and document all service delivery concisely in accordance with State of Texas guidelines. Work cooperatively with treatment teams and families to meet goals in the Person-Centered Plan, attend weekly staff meetings, and participate in clinical supervision. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and Saturday caseload needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention
- Must have insured vehicle, cell phone and access to a computer/laptop outside of office use

- Ideally we are looking for candidates who are flexible to start with a part-time caseload and build to a full-time caseload
