Job Summary
QMHP/T for Intensive In Home Programs in Hampton, VA and Richmond, VA. Provide Intensive In Home therapy for children and Mental Health Skill Building for adults. Develop and maintain Individual Service Plans and progress notes; perform case management, linking, arranging and advocating for services/referrals; maintain up-to-date records and reports; collaborate with public/private agencies; assess treatment needs; maintain ongoing contact with individuals and stakeholders; manage at least two Intensive In Home cases for children and a total of four cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or related field
- Must have experience working with children
- Must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or in training through the Virginia Department of Health Professions
