Job Summary
Provide care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, delivering direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. On Call: shifts vary. Must maintain QMHA credentialing in Oregon (QMHA-R within 30 days; QMHA certification within 12 months). Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to use a company vehicle to transport clients. Offers benefits including PTO, holidays, shift differentials, CEUs, tuition discount, medical/dental/vision, 401K/stock plan. Positions may vary by location and position type.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
- Must be eligible to be credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon and obtain QMHA-R within 30 days of hire and QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
