Job Summary
Assistant Manager at QMart supports the Store General Manager by overseeing daily store operations, driving guest satisfaction, supervising and training team members, managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and policy compliance across shifts, and taking accountability in the GM's absence. Requires ability to work long/irregular shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays) and to lead store operations, engage with vendors and guests, and help recruit and retain talent.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1 year of store management experience
- Complete all internal certification programs
- Demonstrates English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension
