Job Summary
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the MAR and TAR, ensuring the six rights are followed and documenting all narcotics given. Manage total medication inventory by ordering, receiving, storing, and dating supplies while reporting discrepancies and notifying parties when stock is low. Perform daily end-of-shift cart cleaning and weekly deep cleans, verifying MARs at changeover times. Provide personal and general nursing care including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and vital signs monitoring. Requires at least six months of senior care experience, a state-specific QMAP certificate, and strong communication skills. Nights shift with pay of $19.00–$20.00.
