Job Summary
QMap staff in Assisted Living administer medications to residents per physician orders and care plans, ensure resident safety and wellbeing, and comply with federal, state, and local standards. Collaborates with the care team in a family-first community, providing compassionate, patient-centered support and participating in ongoing training and performance improvement within a full-time evening shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a QMap is preferred but not required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
