QMAP & Direct Support Professional

Supervise residents, de-escalate behaviors, and monitor medications while assisting with daily needs, boarding, and exiting vehicles. Conduct security audits including room checks, pat-downs, and urinalysis. Perform housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, sanitizing, and keeping common areas clutter-free. Serve meals, stock supplies, and ensure accurate client documentation. Accompany residents with special needs or high acuity mental illness to appointments and outings. Maintain relationships with departments, management, and regulatory agencies. Full-time schedule with 4/10s rotation; overtime offered but not guaranteed.
