Job Summary
QMAP Caregiver role in Eagle, CO: Provide hands-on care for residents in an Assisted Living setting and support with medication administration as directed by physicians. The QMAP assists with caregiving duties, documents services, completes incident reports, and helps residents achieve independence in daily living activities. After passing the state exam, you join the Castle Peak nursing team in a PRN, benefit-eligible position with rotating weekends and holidays. Training paid; competitive pay based on experience. Key duties include resident services per schedules, compassionate patient care, timely response to help requests, and minimal supervision in planning tasks. Requires compassionate attitude, desire to work with the elderly, and high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Must be 18+ and able to work a consistent schedule.
